Anouska Rickard

Anouska is our key liaison between the client, programme participants and the SkyRed Leadership Coaching team. She provides excellent support in client programme delivery and business operations.
Anouska applies her knowledge, understanding and experience of the corporate world to inform her approach to managing projects and supporting our clients.
Anouska is responsible for the initial clarification of client needs, event logistics and diary management. Also, she is responsible for the administration of the suite of psychometric instruments that SkyRed Leadership offers to its clients.

Isolde Norris

Isolde is an Executive and Team Coach working with leaders and teams since 2009 in Ireland and internationally, helping them to achieve their leadership potential and business results. Her career spans over 25 years in both large and small organisations and it has always involved a strong focus on building effective and high-performing leaders and teams in fast paced, global environments.
She coaches leaders and teams in the private and semi-state sectors across multiple industries including Technology, Pharmaceutical, Telecom, Legal, Health, Fisheries, Travel, Transport, Agri-Food, Financial Services, Professional Services, Universities and not-for-profit. Isolde also designs and delivers bespoke Leadership Development Programmes.

Tom has extensive business experience having held several general management roles within the Bank of Ireland Group, culminating in heading up the Group’s Irish Asset management business from 1994 until 2001. John O’Dea

After returning to Ireland, Aileen held various senior leadership roles at Microsoft.
