Our Executive Coaching Engagement Process

  • Agreement on Coaching Needs: SkyRed Leadership team and client discuss context and agree high level set of objectives for the coaching engagement.
  • Selection of Preferred Executive Coach: SkyRed Leadership team provides 2-3 bios of recommended coaches from our panel and client conducts short chemistry call with each, before identifying their preferred coach.
  • Scope of Coaching Engagement Finalised: The number and frequency of coaching sessions is agreed, tailored to the specific requirements of the client and their budget.
  • Coaching Engagement Conducted: Coach and client work together to develop a deeper understanding of the client situation and objectives. An action plan is developed and agreed. Ongoing contracting takes place to ensure that goals remain relevant, challenges are overcome and support is provided.
