SkyRed Leadership proudly celebrates one year of redefining what brave, human, purpose‑fuelled leadership looks like — alongside our ambitious clients and partners. It has been a year of growth, learning, deep collaboration and powerful leadership moments, and I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together.

Since rebranding as SkyRed Leadership in 2025, our team has delivered transformative leadership development to more than 300 leaders across diverse industries, run four intensive 6‑Day Advanced Leadership Programmes, and grown to a team of 14 expert associates.

Each member of our team brings deep insight and passion for leadership, culture, coaching and organisational development — strengthening our collective ability to support leaders and teams navigating growth, change and transformation.

Building on Three Decades of Leadership Expertise

At the heart of SkyRed Leadership is a belief I have carried throughout my 30‑year career: leadership is both deeply human and profoundly impactful. Over three decades, I’ve worked alongside leaders through shifting economies, evolving workplaces and growing complexity. I’ve seen leadership challenges evolve and multiply — and I’ve seen the courage it takes to meet them.

Founding SkyRed Leadership was our way of embodying a bold, modern approach to leadership learning and development. We wanted to create a space where leaders could think differently, lead with purpose and build cultures that truly enable people to thrive.

Reflecting on our first year under the new brand, I can say with certainty:
